Exotic salmon tartare

Ingredients
- 280 g Fresh salmon steak
- 1/2 mango
- 1 Wall to guide counsel
- 1/2 The fruit of love
- 1 Dealing pomegranate
- 1/2 green lemon
- 1 issue olive oil
- dill (or parsley, cilantro…)

Cut the salmon into very small pieces. Place these pieces in a container covered with airtight film (or a lid) and keep in the refrigerator.

Cut half a mango into brunoise (= small cubes). Do the same with the avocado. Put the mango and avocado in a large salad bowl.

Add half of the passion fruit, the pomegranate, the juice of half a lemon and the olive oil. Mix well. Finally, add the previously cut salmon and a little chopped dill.

Mix everything together and put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

A few minutes before serving, place a circle of pastry on a plate and fill it with the tartar by pressing with the back of a spoon. Gently lift the circle and submit ?
