Exotic salmon tartare

Here’s a recipe idea for The beginning of Christmas Easy, quick and full of flavour: salmon tartare and exotic fruits I hope you like it ?!

Exotic salmon tartare

preparation time 15th Minutes


Ingredients

  • 280 g Fresh salmon steak
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 Wall to guide counsel
  • 1/2 The fruit of love
  • 1 Dealing pomegranate
  • 1/2 green lemon
  • 1 issue olive oil
  • dill (or parsley, cilantro…)

  • 280 g Fresh salmon steak

instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into very small pieces. Place these pieces in a container covered with airtight film (or a lid) and keep in the refrigerator.

  2. Cut half a mango into brunoise (= small cubes). Do the same with the avocado. Put the mango and avocado in a large salad bowl.

  3. Add half of the passion fruit, the pomegranate, the juice of half a lemon and the olive oil. Mix well. Finally, add the previously cut salmon and a little chopped dill.

  4. Mix everything together and put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

  5. A few minutes before serving, place a circle of pastry on a plate and fill it with the tartar by pressing with the back of a spoon. Gently lift the circle and submit ?

Cut fruits can be prepared the day before, and mixed with salmon (fresh) on D-Day, 1-2 hours before serving ?
