Ingredients
- 125 g Round rice (cooked weight)
- 15th a key Water
- 1 pod vanilla
To prepare the donut mixture:
- 100 g Wheat flour (t45 to t80)
- 30 g Unrefined cane sugar
- 13 a key Water
- 1 ccc Baking powder
- a little cooking oil
- icing sugar

Rinse the round rice with clear water. Add water and cook over medium heat for fifteen minutes. Once cooked, add the vanilla blank (or natural flavoring), mix and allow to cool completely.

When the vanilla rice is very cold, form small discs (wet your hands if necessary to prevent the rice from sticking). For reservations.

In a bowl, combine flour, unrefined sugar and baking powder. Add the water and mix with the paddle until you get a smooth paste.

In a frying pan, put a small amount of cooking (or coconut) oil. Heat over medium heat.

When the oil is hot, drop the vanilla rice balls one by one into the donut mixture. Then, toss them in the oil and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Cakes should be golden brown.

At the end of cooking, add a little powdered sugar and taste the warm rice pancakes with your favorite accompaniment ( spread, hazelnut puree, melted chocolate, etc.)
