Ingredients
- 65 g Peanut butter is 100% peanut
- 40 g Unrefined cane sugar
- 1 an egg
- 40 g Wheat flour
- 80 g chocolate chips
- 1 Dealing Unsalted roasted peanuts

In a bowl, put peanut butter and unrefined cane sugar. Mix once with a whisk.

Then add the egg and mix again, while continuing to use the whisk.

Finally, add the flour and chocolate chips. Mix with a spoon and put in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees (convection heat).

Place 5 tablespoons of the cookie dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet or baking mat.

Spread the biscuits using the palm of your hand (lightly oiled so the dough doesn’t stick). Bake for 10 minutes.
