
Promise free debt it! Many of you have been asking me about homemade smoothie recipes: There you go 🙂 I am sharing with you this first recipe which is one of my favorites especially in fall and winter for filling up on antioxidants and vitamins!

Super green juice

Ingredients
- 4 Granny Smith apples
- 1 Celery branch (medium size)
- 1 green lemon
- 2 branches cabbage

Wash the apple, then cut it into 4.

Rinse the celery stalk and cut it into pieces of about 10 cm.

Rinse the kale leaves and chop them to remove the stem.

Turn on the juice extractor* and randomly insert different fruits and vegetables. To get the most nutrients from your juice, drink it quickly after extraction! 🙂

* Why do you prefer a juice extractor instead of a centrifuge?
- The juicer allows cold pressing of fruits and vegetables: it is an endless screw that slowly grinds the food without heating it and thus preserves all the nutrients it contains.
- A centrifuge is a device that uses centrifugal force to crush fruits and vegetables to retain only the juice. Thus, the speed of extraction caused by heat can alter the nutritional qualities of the food, and also create more waste.
I have tested many juice extractor brands in recent years and have a huge preference for the Brandt brand, besides being made in France they are the best!
