Overnight oats and chia porridge

A healthy and satisfying breakfast that can be prepared the day before the next in 5 minutes ?

Ingredients

  • 25 a key milk (vegetable or not)
  • 40 g Oatmeal flakes (I recommend the Grillon d’Or brand)
  • 1 issue Chia seeds
  • 2 issue agave syrup
  • And your favorite topping ?

Ingredients

  • 25 a key milk (vegetable or not)
  • 40 g Oatmeal flakes (I recommend the Grillon d’Or brand)
  • 1 issue Chia seeds
  • 2 issue agave syrup
  • And your favorite topping ?


instructions

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan or in the microwave.

  2. Then add the agave syrup, oatmeal and chia seeds and mix well.

  3. Refrigerate and re-mix after 30 minutes. Leave to rest for at least 5 hours in the fridge (at best overnight) before adding your favorite toppings ? (oilseeds, dried fruits, butter, oilseed puree…)
