Overnight oats and chia porridge
A healthy and satisfying breakfast that can be prepared the day before the next in 5 minutes ?

Ingredients
- 25 a key milk (vegetable or not)
- 40 g Oatmeal flakes (I recommend the Grillon d’Or brand)
- 1 issue Chia seeds
- 2 issue agave syrup
- And your favorite topping ?

Heat the milk in a saucepan or in the microwave.

Then add the agave syrup, oatmeal and chia seeds and mix well.

Refrigerate and re-mix after 30 minutes. Leave to rest for at least 5 hours in the fridge (at best overnight) before adding your favorite toppings ? (oilseeds, dried fruits, butter, oilseed puree…)
