Finely chop the red cabbage and put it in the pan. Peel the apple, cut it into slices, and add it to the pan.
-
Cook everything for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
-
Meanwhile, prepare the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (conventional heat).
-
In a bowl, put the flour, water, olive oil and salt. Mix and then knead for a few minutes until you get a smooth dough.
-
Put the flour on the work surface and then knead the dough in a circular motion with a thickness of 3 mm. Place the dough on a baking sheet or mat.
-
Spread the cream cheese over the entire surface of the dough (reserve a little to add after adding the filling).
-
Then add the red cabbage and pre-cooked apple, leaving about 2-3 cm from the edges unadorned.
-
Sprinkle with walnuts and a little of the remaining cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
-
At the end of cooking, add a little chopped parsley. Serve warm or cold and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
