  • 100 g Fresh goat cheese (or fresh cheese, feta…)
  • 1 Dealing nuts

Paste :

  • 190 g Wheat flour (t45 to t80)
  • 10 a key Water
  • 25 g olive oil
  • 1 Good a pinch of salt

instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat with a little olive oil.

  2. Finely chop the red cabbage and put it in the pan. Peel the apple, cut it into slices, and add it to the pan.

  3. Cook everything for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Meanwhile, prepare the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (conventional heat).

  5. In a bowl, put the flour, water, olive oil and salt. Mix and then knead for a few minutes until you get a smooth dough.

  6. Put the flour on the work surface and then knead the dough in a circular motion with a thickness of 3 mm. Place the dough on a baking sheet or mat.

  7. Spread the cream cheese over the entire surface of the dough (reserve a little to add after adding the filling).

  8. Then add the red cabbage and pre-cooked apple, leaving about 2-3 cm from the edges unadorned.

  9. Sprinkle with walnuts and a little of the remaining cheese and bake for 20 minutes.

  10. At the end of cooking, add a little chopped parsley. Serve warm or cold and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
