
There’s nothing like a good crumb for a comforting snack or dessert that’s so easy to make! Here’s a new version still without the apple butter, chocolate, and hazelnut… yum

Apple, chocolate and crumbled hazelnut

Ingredients
- 5 An apple
- 1 luggage vanilla sugar (or 1 tablespoon coconut sugar)
- 40 g chocolate chips
- 20 g agave syrup
- 20 g hazelnut oil
- 60 g Wheat flour
- 30 g hazelnut powder
- 1 a pinch good salt

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. (convection or conventional heat)

Peel and chop the apples into small pieces. Put them in a gratin dish, then add the vanilla sugar. Bake for the first time for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the crumbs: In a small bowl, mix together agave syrup and hazelnut oil. Then add the flour, nut powder and salt. Mix with your hands until a crumbly dough forms (add a little flour if necessary).

Remove the apples from the oven and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake again for 10 to 15 minutes, until the crumbs are golden brown!
