- Whole wheat bread slices (Quantity to choose according to appetite)
- Cream cheese spread
- olive oil
- 2 egg
- 1 slice Smoked salmon or trout
- salt pepper
- fresh parsley

Toast the bread slices in the toaster or in the oven.

Once the bread is toasted, spread the cream cheese.

Heat a frying pan over a low heat with a little olive oil. Once it’s hot, crack the eggs and stir them until creamy.
