Fig samosa, goat cheese, honey and walnut

Ingredients

  • 5 round pastry sheets
  • 1 red onion
  • 7 beautiful Figs
  • 1 cc honey (or agave syrup)
  • 40 g goat log
  • 1 Dealing walnut kernels
  • cooking oil
  • watercress
  • Salt and Pepper

  1. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat with a little oil.

  2. Peel and then chop the red onion. Roast it in the pan for 3 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, wash and chop the figs. Add them to the onions with honey and cook for 5 minutes. At the end of cooking, put it in the refrigerator until it cools.

  4. When the filling has cooled, add the goat cheese pieces and some ground walnuts. pepper salt.

  6. Bring the bottom up. Place a tablespoon of the filling on the left side of the leaf.

  9. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little cooking oil. Once hot, put the samosas and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  10. Serve immediately with watercress! 🙂
