Fig samosa, goat cheese, honey and walnut

Ingredients
- 5 round pastry sheets
- 1 red onion
- 7 beautiful Figs
- 1 cc honey (or agave syrup)
- 40 g goat log
- 1 Dealing walnut kernels
- cooking oil
- watercress
- Salt and Pepper

Heat a frying pan over a medium heat with a little oil.

Peel and then chop the red onion. Roast it in the pan for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash and chop the figs. Add them to the onions with honey and cook for 5 minutes. At the end of cooking, put it in the refrigerator until it cools.

When the filling has cooled, add the goat cheese pieces and some ground walnuts. pepper salt.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little cooking oil. Once hot, put the samosas and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
