Ingredients

  • 1 yolk
  • 1.5 issue olive oil
  • 10 g Brown sugar, coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 20 g milk (vegetable or not)
  • 30 g Wheat flour (t45 to t110)
  • 1/2 cc Baking powder
  • 1 a pinch salt
  • 1 a pinch vanilla powder
  • 15th g chocolate chips

instructions

  1. In a small cup or mug, place the egg yolks, olive oil, and sugar. Mix once and then add milk. Mix again.

  2. We finish with the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and nuggets. Mix one last time before cooking in the microwave for 1 minute.

  3. Enjoy warm or cold! 🙂
