  • 1 carrot
  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 2 Cloves of garlic

  • 1 issue turmeric powder
  • 50 g raisins
  • 35 a key coconut milk
  • 25 a key vegetable broth
  • 2 egg
  • cooking oil
  • salt pepper

instructions

  1. Submerge the sticky rice in a bowl of cold water and set it aside for 5 minutes. Rinse and then drain.

  2. Cut chicken breasts into pieces. Heat a frying pan over high heat with a little cooking oil. Sear the chicken pieces (without fully cooking it, it should just be colored). Remove it from the skillet and set it aside.

  3. Wash the sweet pepper and cut it into slices. Peel and chop the carrots into brunoise. In the same pan used previously, add a little cooking oil and put pepper and carrots. Cook it on a medium heat.

  4. Mince the garlic cloves and red onions, then add them to the skillet. Fry everything for ten minutes.

  5. Then add the turmeric and raisins and mix for a minute before adding the drained sticky rice and the pre-grilled chicken breasts.

  6. Mix all ingredients again before adding the coconut milk and broth. Mix one last time before covering with a lid and then simmering for 30 to 45 minutes over very low heat until the liquid is absorbed.

  7. Meanwhile, heat a small pot of water. Once heated, immerse the eggs for 10 minutes to get a poached egg.

  8. When the fries are cooked, arrange on plates, season and then add the hard-boiled eggs cut into quarters.

Reviews

  • If you do not have sticky rice on hand, it is possible to use round rice or special rice
