
New gratin recipe to warm up and enjoy 🙂 It smells like autumn (come in 2 days) and would be perfect for a meal accompanied by a good salad

Walnut and potato gratin

Ingredients
- 450 g butternut squash (ie 1/2 medium zucchini)
- three hundred fifty g potato
- 20 a key fresh liquid cream (or coconut cream)
- 20 g Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 A handful of chives
- salt pepper
- grated nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection heat).

Peel the potatoes and squash and cut them into thin slices using a knife, mandolin, or food processor.

Put everything in a gratin dish, then add the cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Mix and then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 45 minutes.

At the end of cooking, sprinkle with chopped chives and enjoy warm with a good salad
