Homemade hamburger with mushrooms, figs and goat cheese …

Ingredients

  • 2 Homemade burger buns (Recipe link at the bottom of the page)
  • 1 red onion
  • olive oil
  • 1 cc honey or agave syrup
  • 100 g round mushroom
  • fresh parsley
  • 6 Figs
  • 2 Impurities
  • Goat cheese
  • some power

Ingredients

  • 1 red onion
  • olive oil
  • 1 cc honey or agave syrup
  • 100 g round mushroom
  • fresh parsley
  • 6 Figs

  • Goat cheese
  • some power


instructions

  1. Cut the red onions into slices and fry them in a frying pan with a little olive oil for 5 minutes. Then add the agave syrup and cook for another two minutes before removing from the heat and setting aside.

  2. Cut the mushrooms, then cook them on a high heat with a little olive oil for ten minutes. At the end of cooking, season with salt and pepper and add chopped parsley.

  3. Cut the figs into slices, wash the salad and chop the goat cheese.

  4. Toast the burger bun in the toaster or for a few minutes in the oven.

  5. Cook the minced meat slices then add the goat cheese on top.

  6. Decorate the burgers with all the toppings and enjoy
