If you love soft donuts with fall flavors, here’s a new recipe that should satisfy you! Puff cake with hazelnuts, walnuts and chocolate for a very simple and delicious snack 🙂
Hazelnut, Walnut and Chocolate Cake

- 3 egg
- 60 g Coconut Blossom Sugar
- 40 g hazelnut oil
- 9 a key milk (vegetable or not)
- 90 g hazelnut powder
- 80 g Wheat flour (t45 to t80)
- 6 g Baking powder
- 1 a pinch salt
- 50 g walnut kernels
- 50 g dark chocolate chips
- 80 g dark chocolate
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection heat).
In a bowl, mix the following ingredients: eggs, coconut sugar, hazelnut oil and milk.
Then add the hazelnut powder, wheat flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix before adding walnuts and chocolate chips. Mix one last time.
Pour the mixture into a medium round or square pan lined with baking paper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
At the end of cooking, let a few squares of chocolate melt on the surface of the cake. Once melted, distribute the chocolate and sprinkle with walnuts and crushed hazelnuts.
Storage: in a cool place for 4/5 days
