instructions
-
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, salt and cook the croisettes according to the cooking time indicated on the package (usually 15 to 20 minutes). Strain when cooking and set aside.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection temperature). Peel the sweet potatoes and carrots, then cut them into pieces. Place everything on a baking sheet covered with a mat or parchment paper.
-
Add a little olive oil, mix with your fingers, then bake for 30 minutes.
-
Wash the figs and cut them. Also prepare the vinaigrette: first mix the mustard and agave syrup before adding the sesame oil. Mix until you get a homogeneous sauce, then set aside.
-
Place the croissants in a large deep dish. Add sweet potato pieces, cooked carrots, figs, raw pork, crumbled feta, chopped basil, and pine nuts.
-
Pour the vinaigrette when tasting ?
