For a change from cruziflet, here’s a delicious sweet and savory recipe that you can make using croissants, sweet potatoes, and lots of other goodies! A real treat that is easy and quick to prepare ?

Ingredients

for power:

  • 200 g Buckwheat Croisette (or normal)
  • 1 Nice sweet potato
  • 1 to 2 Carrot by size
  • olive oil
  • 4 Figs
  • 80 g from feta (or any other cheese of your choice)
  • 4 Slices raw pork
  • 1 Dealing pine
  • a few basil leaves

For dressing:

  • 1 cc mustard
  • 1 issue agave syrup (or honey)
  • 5 issue Sesame oil

instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, salt and cook the croisettes according to the cooking time indicated on the package (usually 15 to 20 minutes). Strain when cooking and set aside.

  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection temperature). Peel the sweet potatoes and carrots, then cut them into pieces. Place everything on a baking sheet covered with a mat or parchment paper.

  3. Add a little olive oil, mix with your fingers, then bake for 30 minutes.

  4. Wash the figs and cut them. Also prepare the vinaigrette: first mix the mustard and agave syrup before adding the sesame oil. Mix until you get a homogeneous sauce, then set aside.

  5. Place the croissants in a large deep dish. Add sweet potato pieces, cooked carrots, figs, raw pork, crumbled feta, chopped basil, and pine nuts.

  6. Pour the vinaigrette when tasting ?
