A new recipe for Chocolate and Hazelnut Cereal Bars for snacks or gourmet snacks that are super quick to make ?
Chocolate and Hazelnut Bars

|cooking time||10 Minutes|
- 100 g small oat flakes
- 70 g agave syrup
- 50 g hazelnut oil
- 1 a pinch good salt
- 40 g dark chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees (convection temperature).
In a salad bowl, put all the ingredients. Mix properly.
Divide the mixture into cereal bar molds or a small gratin dish lined with baking paper. Pack as much as possible using a rubber spatula or lid to seal the oat flakes.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned. At the end of cooking, allow to cool completely before removing the moulds.
Storage: Protected from the open air for approx 6 days! (If the bars become soft, they can be eaten like granola)
