After releasing the chocolate and following your many requests, here are the healthy vanilla creams this time 😉 Not too sweet, too easy too creamy: Believe me, you won’t even want to eat artificial anymore 🙂

Small jars of healthy vanilla cream

Ingredients

  • 25 a key soy cream (or other cream, vegetable or not)
  • 25 a key milk (vegetable or not)
  • 25 g Unrefined cane sugar (or brown sugar, coconut sugar…)
  • 30 g Maizena (corn starch)
  • 1 Beautiful vanilla pod
  • 1 Point turmeric (for color)

  • 25 a key milk (vegetable or not)
  • 25 g Unrefined cane sugar (or brown sugar, coconut sugar…)
  • 30 g Maizena (corn starch)
  • 1 Beautiful vanilla pod
  • 1 Point turmeric (for color)


instructions

  1. In a saucepan, pour the soy cream, milk and unrefined cane sugar.

  2. Put the cornstarch in a cup and then add a little more milk/cream that was previously measured (equivalent to about 5 tablespoons). Mix until the cornstarch is completely dissolved, then set aside.

  3. Empty the vanilla pod and add it to the pot. Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

  4. Also add a pinch of turmeric for color (a small pinch is enough, as the color will come out when it cools).

  5. After these five minutes, add the 1 cup of the diluted cornstarch and mix constantly until the cream thickens.

  6. Pour into small glass bowls or jars and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before eating! 🙂 Storage: In the refrigerator for a maximum of 4 days
