Wheat salad with avocado, cucumber and chicken

A new and fresh salad recipe that changes: with whole wheat! A filling food perfect for good salads that stop 😉

Wheat salad with avocado, cucumber and chicken

Ingredients

for power:

  • 150 g spelling (They can be found in the Membership section or at great costs)
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Attorney
  • 150 g of chicken
  • 80 g Feta or Parmesan cheese
  • fresh basil

To prepare the sauce:

  • 1 cc mustard
  • 1 issue agave syrup
  • 5 issue Sesame oil

  • 1 Attorney
  • 150 g of chicken
  • 80 g Feta or Parmesan cheese

To prepare the sauce:

  • 1 cc mustard
  • 1 issue agave syrup
  • 5 issue Sesame oil


instructions

  1. Fill the pot with water and add the buckwheat. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour (see instructions on package). At the end of cooking, drain with cold water and set aside.

  2. Cook the chicken in a nonstick skillet for 5 minutes on each side. Once cooked, cut it into pieces and set aside in a salad bowl.

  3. Meanwhile, wash the cucumber and cut it into pieces. Peel the avocado and cut it into pieces. Add everything to a salad bowl with feta (or Parmesan) cheese and chopped basil.

  4. Prepare a vinaigrette by mixing mustard with agave syrup. Then add the oil and mix until a homogeneous sauce is obtained.

  5. Mix with wheatgrass salad and enjoy 🙂
